Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is very important to skinSPArations LLC. We hold your appointments just for you & ask that if you must cancel or reschedule any appointment, please provide us with 24-hour notice. This way, we may be able to accommodate clients on our waiting list.
We do, of course, understand that unavoidable issues come up and will do our best to work with you in case of an emergency, etc.
However, here is our general breakdown of cancellation fees:
•Less than 24-hour notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of reserved appointment(s)
•NO SHOWS will be charged up to 100% of services booked, and may require 50% non-refundable deposit for scheduling any future services.
A courtesy text and/or email reminder is sent 24 hours prior to your appointment. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to avoid missed appointments and cancellation fees. You are always welcome to call or check your confirmation text/email to double check any appointments if you’re unsure.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call or text (920) 216-5338 – If there is no answer, please leave a voicemail.
All cancellation messages through other methods such as Facebook, Instagram or e-mail will not be honored and will be treated as a no show resulting in a cancellation fee.
Late Appointments
If by any reason you’re running late for your appointment please contact us immediately. If you are late by more than 15 minutes, skinSPArations holds the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment based on the circumstances and cancellation fee maybe applied.
If you’re late for your appointment, this may result in your service being altered to fit the remaining time available.
Missed Appointments
If you miss your appointment, you will be charged up to 100% of the services booked to your account. We understand emergencies happen, sometimes we feel sick and just plain accidents so if you think you might be missing your appointment please be courteous and give us a call or cancel online in advance. We do require 24 hours notice but if it’s an emergency then please give us a text (Not social media messenger) or call and leave a Voice Mail when you can to let us know.
Deposits
Facials
Credit Cards on FIle
skinSPArations requires a valid Credit Card to be on file for ALL appointments. Your credit card will not be charged or have a "hold" amount. Our scheduling and POS system requires this and cannot make an appointment without one.
Refunds & Returns
skinSPArations does not provide refunds for:

services provided -
training classes provided -
gift cards or certificates
-
purchased within 30 days -
has at least 75% of the product left
Allergic Reactions
If by any chance you experience an allergic reaction to any of the products we used at our studio then please give us a call immediately. If the allergic reaction is severe then please go to nearest emergency. If you think you have had allergic reactions before to any of the procedures and products that were used for those procedures then please give us a call in advance to come in for a quick patch test.
Clients with Young Children
If you coming to an appointment with children then please make sure you will have someone who can supervise them. We do not have staff members to provide supervision while during youor treatment.
Clients with Guests

Packages:
Intimate Waxing & Menstruation
All Intimate Waxing Services will be refused during your menstruation (includnig post spotting) for hygienic reasons. Please me mindful of your cycle and schedule around your menstruation period. Clients that arrive during their cycle will be refused service and charged full service amount.
